We're brothers who grew up in our family's restaurant - StokeRidge Tavern & Grill in Oak Ridge, NC. Host stand, kitchen, bar, floor manager: we worked every role, through every Friday rush, for years.

And every shift, we watched the same waste: every order taken twice. Once at the table, then again at a POS terminal across the room. Hours of walking, orders lost in translation, guests waiting on a screen instead of being served.

So we built Relay - AI that captures what servers already do (talking to guests) and turns it into structured orders automatically. No new workflows, no behavior change. Today, Relay runs on real shifts at the same restaurant we grew up in.
